How do I shop here?
Shopping at our site is easy. First, either choose a category in the blue menu bar on the left or choose the products dropdown menu. Each product page will have many different products on them. If you want to order immediately you can click the "Order Now" button. If you would like to purchase accessories or read more about that GPS before you buy it you can click the picture of the GPS or product or click the "More Info" button.
If you view more info about that product you will have the option to add this product or any accessories you want for that product to your shopping cart. Once you are in your shopping cart, you can then click the "Continue Shopping" or "Buy Accessories" links to add more items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, you can click the "View Shopping Cart" link in the top left corner under the picture of the shopping cart to view your cart items.
Now that you are in your shopping cart and ready to check out you will simply click on the "Purchase These Items" link that will take you to a page to fill in your billing information. This is the address used on your credit card bill. You will have the option to ship to an alternate address on the next page. Once you have this filled in correctly you will click the "Proceed to Secure Server" button at the bottom.
Now you will enter your credit card info and alternate shipping address, if applicable. Once this is filled out you can go to the bottom of the page and press the "Submit Securely" button. Your information will be encrypted for your protection. Be sure that you only click this button once. Clicking more than once could send us duplicate orders. Also be advised that you may need to wait for up to two minutes waiting for the credit card to be verified.
We will then be sent your order and will get it shipped ASAP. 123-GPS.com accepts Visa, MC and American Express.

International and Overseas Orders
123-GPS.com does not accept international orders via credit card. To order internationally, you will need to either send a Email To: order123gps@yahoo.com or fax us a order using the form below to: 480-802-1383 and we will email/fax you a confirmation that we received the order. Shipment will not be made until payment has been received.
Shipping charged calculated online are based on U.S. Domestic rates. If you need an International order we will email you with the shipping rate quote. You will have 5 business days to respond to the quote stating that you agree with the charges and would like us to ship the item. If you do not respond within this time frame we will cancel your order.
Overseas orders are shipped via Federal Express, U.P.S., or D.H.L.. We will search these to give you the best rate. Shipping & handling charges do NOT include any VAT/GST taxes or customs duties. Customer is completely responsible for these.

What if I want faster delivery?
The shipping calculated on the site is for standard U.S. Domestic service only such as UPS Ground. If you need faster delivery you will need to call us at (800) 278-5987 and we will arrange it for you.

What is your lowest price guarantee?
123-GPS.com tries to offer the lowest prices. If you find another store
offering the same or lower price than us, we will match it. Please note
that these prices must be published and advertised prices not special
quotes. You must contact 123-GPS.com with the competitors lower price
before you place your order with us. No discounts will be given after
you have ordered. This guarantee does not apply to newly released items
nor discontinued items.

Ordering without a credit card
You can still order if you do not have a credit card. Simply fill your shopping cart with the items you want, click the "Purchase These Items" link in your shopping cart and print that page. You can then send the check payable to The Slats Group, Inc. dba 123-GPS.com to:

Ordering online at 123-GPS.com is 100% safe and secure. If your credit card charges are not unauthorized you pay nothing.

Back Orders
If a product that you are ordering is on back order we have a first order, first shipped policy. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please email order123gps@yahoo.com with your order details or call us at (800) 278-5987. We will need your full information including XID # that was emailed to you with your order and the exact date you ordered so we can check our database. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order and will have to go the route or getting an Return Authorization # to the item.

Returning unwanted or damaged merchandise
If you decide you do not want an item you must ship the item back to us within 30 days. 123-GPS.com will not accept returns on orders over 30 days or on orders that have been opened. There will be a 25% restock fee for all unwanted items. Your credit card will be credited 75% of the item price. We do not refund shipping costs.
Software, electronic charts, and opened accessories are not returnable unless defective. Some GPS models are bundled with software as part of the package. We cannot accept for return any GPS models in which the bundled software has been opened, used, and/or unlocked.
However if you receive items that are damaged you will need to Contact Customer Service to receive an RA# from them. We will not accept returns without an RA#.

Subscribing and unsubscribing from the GPS news
To subscribe to the GPS newsletter, go to the top left of any one of our web pages and enter your email address in the box and click "Sign Me Up". To unsubscribe you can simply click the link at the bottom of the email you receive to be removed.
